We do not require you to be advanced, but we do require that you have a consistent Pilates practice and a passion for learning. This training is designed to build your knowledge and confidence from the ground up.
We will not accept students into our training who have never practiced Pilates before. We recommend a minimum of 50 classes before applying.
-
You're absolutely welcome! Many students enroll in teacher trainings to understand their bodies better and take their practice to the next level—even if they don't plan to teach professionally.
-
Training is offered in weekend modules to fit your schedule. You’ll receive a detailed calendar upon enrollment. The complete program includes in-studio hours, at-home study, self-practice, observation, and teaching practice.
-
Tuition includes all in-person training hours, a digital training manual, hands-on instruction, feedback from master trainers, and access to studio equipment for observation and practice hours.
-
No, there are no required costs beyond your tuition, aside from your studio membership/pass. You may choose to purchase additional textbooks as well as log additional practice or private sessions to complete your hours, depending on your pace and experience level. We’ll go over all requirements and recommendations before you begin.
-
Short answer: Yes, you can!
However, we do encourage those serious about a career in Pilates to complete both certifications. A broader foundation not only strengthens your teaching skills, but also makes you more competitive—teachers with more education are often hired first and tend to earn more than those with a single certification. -
We strongly encourage students to complete hours in our studios to get the most support and experience, but you're welcome to complete hours at another approved studio with a certified instructor or via pre-approved online sources.
-
You’ll be well-prepared to begin teaching once all required modules are completed. Many students begin student teaching while finishing their hours with our support and mentorship.
Please note: completion of our teacher training does not guarantee a job offer.
